Refund Policy & Digital Consumer Rights

- Digital Goods Waiver: By purchasing a digital subscription or course, you consent to receive immediate access to the digital content. You acknowledge that by accessing the content immediately, you lose your 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- Cancellations: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. To cancel your membership, you can do so at any time by emailing us@opscohort.com.
- Monthly Subscriptions: Payments are taken in advance and are non-refundable. If you cancel a monthly subscription, no further payments will be taken, and you will retain access to The Ops Cohort until the end of your current paid billing period.
- Annual Subscriptions: A pro-rata refund may be processed strictly at the discretion of OC.
- Failed Payments: If a recurring payment fails (e.g., due to an expired card), we will notify you to update your payment details. Your access may be temporarily suspended until the payment is resolved.
